NIVAS are pleased to announce the 13th Annual Conference will be held in Bristol on Tuesday 1st and Wednesday 2nd July 2025.
The theme of this year’s conference is: Overcoming Barriers - Navigating the journey to safe vascular access and IV therapy.
Each day, the program will include keynote presentations, poster sessions, and industry supported symposia. The conference will include an exhibition hall, with plenty of opportunities to network with colleagues and continuing education hours.

Delegates are invited to present a poster and/or an oral presentation of their work in the field of infusion therapy and vascular access. The author/s should submit an abstract of their work to Media1 Productions by 5pm on Monday 28th April 2025. Abstracts will be reviewed, and chosen authors will be invited to display their poster at the conference, or be offered the chance to give an oral presentation. The theme for this year’s conference is the Overcoming Barriers - Navigating the journey to safe vascular access and IV therapy, but this will not preclude any other subject.
The following awards will be given out on the final day of the conference: £75 Amazon voucher for the best poster and £75 Amazon voucher for the best oral presentation.
